Dear Mrs. ZEINEP,We immediately did a research to all hotel departments to be aware of any notice or contact of the client with the staff. It is important to the management to gather customer’s all points of touch as the policy is to fulfill at once the expectations and to solve any problem may occurred. Arrival time at the hotel at 15.00. The room was ready to be delivered.Departure time from the hotel at 08.30.We didn't found at the reception any record with complain during the stay of the client. The only note was the “DO NOT DISTURB CARD” at the room door on 21 and 22/07/24.Concerning the restaurant, we have no incident or problem registered. As per food, we respect every guest preference, but we take them as personal opinion. The overall satisfaction of around 700 people that eat in breakfast, lunch and dinner is performed in the most effective and enthusiastic way. The hotel kitchen is Mediterranean one with local recipes from the island of Rhodes, with local fresh vegetables, aromatics and herbs for the taste, the fruits as well. No meaning to compare with other countries. Every product is unique with its own personality. The same the countries, with traditions and customs, food production and friendly environment. In the hospitality sector we all work hard to ensure happy vacation to our customers. In Irene Palace, the staff in every department, especially the restaurant is mentioned with very warm expressions concerning the help is provided at any time, the optimum service, the friendly atmosphere. Especially the restaurant manageress Mrs. Basilia is the heart of the restaurant, always friendly and available for kids and adults.In case the room was not clear, the customer should contact immediately the reception to take actions. Just for the information, when the client prevents the entrance with the "do not disturb" sign, the houskeeping do not enter. Afterwards, such kind of neutral, general negative comments seem to be with bad intention against the hotel.We find no reason for that. We offer authentic hospitality from our heart to every single client. We wish you happy summer and all the best.
