My guest and I were extremely impressed upon arrival. We were greeted by Kyriakos, who has a very pleasant and helpful demeanour. We truly loved our room ‘Helen’. It has an amazing view of the ‘portara’ from our balcony. Breakfast was great with the residence offering to bring it to our rooms. Maria ( I believe that was her name ) was also exceptional with her customer service.
Overall experience was great and the hot tub was a nice extra to have in our suite. Proximity to the promenade was a must for us and we were able to connect with the bus station on numerous excursions to the beautiful beaches of Naxos.
Highly recommend this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

2nd time at Iliada and I will be back next year! So comfortable, high end quality- wonderful breakfast and the view is like no other. Maria is wonderful !

Unbelievable view and a very walkable location. Staff was friendly and helpful with booking taxi/rental/etc. Breakfast was pretty good as well. One of downfalls was the air conditioning in the maisonette room did not do a great job of cooling the upstairs where the bed was, while the downstairs was frigid. This was in low high 60 - low 70 degree temps outside even. Bed was not particularly comfortable nor were pillows, however, that was our own doing as the hotel offers a pillow “menu” that we did not use. All in all I would recommend staying here.
