Hidden additional fees

Hotel’s pool are is probably the only nice thing in a hotel. Rooms and service can be way better. Rooms have single beds with gap in between. One needs to pay extra for air conditioning - 8eur/per night(hidden fee). But even after paying it is impossible to regulate - it is old and does not change to temperature or other settings. Air conditioning unit is positioned above bed so one freezes at night, while hotel does not provide duvet by default. Rooms are cleaned only every 3rd day. No toiletries are provided(one can buy shampoo for 3eur at reception). Bathroom needs renovation. Breakfast is same every day, so it gets pretty boring. On top of that some staff in reception are are not polite and act rudely.

Dear guests Although we do not reply to anonymous reviews, we would like to clarify this for any future guests. It is true we have one the best pool areas in Kalamaki. As far as the service is concerned, the service team does its best possible concerning the covid restrictions and protocol- case confirmed by other reviews. All twin rooms/beds can be tranformed to double beds, using matresses special for this use, with a simple request at reception. Last minute reservations or special offer reservations have low room prices, only for renting the room(including breakfast). any other services/facilities could be charged extra. Comunicating with reception could solve all this, as in general the hotel satisfies all needs the best possible way. All room facilities are not hidden, they are all listed in reservations. Touristic accommodation tax is a universal fee. Air conditioning is positioned in rooms as in all hotels and settings can be changed by user, set in english. Bed covers are not already in rooms as it is summer and temperatures are very high. There is 24hr reception that could provide bed covers anytime. 3* hotels are not obligated to provide toilettries. Housekeeping follows the covid protocol as obligated by law. Our breakfast buffet is the same every day, yet for our category, it is a very large buffet. Hotel management has decided to provide it every day with the same amount of goods, so as to satisfy guests with every taste. Hotel stuff, housekeeping,service and reception, try their best to satisfy guests, and guests' needs are the top proirty. Covid restrictions/protocol have risen the efforts made every day. Communicating with us is essential to satisfy your stay. Rooms were all renovated last year, and also,most of the bathrooms, Yet because of covid, the investments for renovations have frozen, considering that we were closed by covid law and the tourism industry in general is not steady. As a result, some bathrooms are still old fashioned - yet absolutely clean and completely fuctionable as they should. . Cleaningness in all hotel areas and rooms is best reviewed in all websites for our hotel. We wish you had expressed your complaints to us directly and everything could have ben solved. Personally, I am always around the hotel guests,in daily basis. I always try for the best to keep all guests satisfied.

A very nice place with a big swimming pool and enjoyable atmosphere. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was mostly the same each day, but I didn't get bored of it in 7 days. I recommend.

Very friendly helpful staff, was disappointed with room as had a junior suite but balcony and room was smaller then the other suites. Receptionist very understanding and got our room changed straight away. Couldn’t fault anything else. Breakfast was really good, hot and great selection. Adult only hotel was a plus also

Lovely quiet hotel, great staff keen to make sure their guests had a good holiday. We only had the option of 1/2 board but would prefer B&B, breakfast was fine but we ate out most nights as I don't like that buffet style for dinner. 5 minutes walk from the beach - with a great taverna, other restaurants and crazy golf also 5 mins away and about 10 mins up to the main road. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. We got married there and they made every day very enjoyable. Our room was delightful, clean and fantastic views from the traditional posted balcony. Highly recommend and would definitely go back again.

good hottel needs better management

Nice hotel, good location. They need to improve the services they provide. breakfast was very simple, does need a little more variety, especially the fruits, the served only watermelon the my entire stay, 6 days. no shampoo or body wash that every hotel should offer. Small things but irritating...
