Gorgona (Mermaid) Hotel.

Pros: Great view, convenient for beach, town, public transport and car/scooter hire. Adequate self catering equipment plus modern TV.
Cons: We have visited many Greek Islands and for the star rating it was above average with just a few minor, end of season DIY jobs needed.
Location: Two minutes to the beach and ten minutes from town. As good a base as any to explore the Island from.
We were transported to and from the hotel and treated with consideration and respect whilst there.
You would be lucky to meet a more friendly Manager than Dimitris.
Our visit was close to the end of the season and though we had some rain we made up for it on the sunny days and managed to check out the Island from the beaches on the East coast to the mountain road that leads to Gerakas at the Northern end. The views up there are worth the visit alone.

Pros: la posizione
Cons: l'isolamento delle stanze
Albergo vicinissimo a una spiaggia e a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto di patitiri.
Le pulizie erano giornaliere e il personale dell'albergo molto disponibile.
l'isolamento delle stanze non è ottimale.
