Great staff, efficient and very friendly. Food was good and hearty for a small hotel. Comfy beds and good air con. Downsides were drinks, terrible both soft and alcoholic. Gin was vile. Everyone was buying their own juice and alcohol from the hotel shop. Room fine however we had glass shards on the floor, tea coffee and milk were not replenished and dirty cups not removed and replaced with fresh ones. Definitely not 4 star and I wouldn't go back but with a few basic tweaks it would be great.

Mario and team were great. Travelling solo - you don’t often get the service or room options but I had the best room and I was treated with such a genuine and warm welcome and stay. Food was good and hotel wasn’t over crowded in May. Any questions were answered quickly and they spoke great English also. Sincere thanks Mario and team.

It was a beautiful hotel, but there wasn’t much to do. The staff were very young and not as professional, although nice, and the cleanliness of cutlery,mattress and dining area wasn’t too great, overall it was a lovely time but wouldn’t book again

The hotel is fairly large, on a steep hill. First impression was lots of accommodation with limited facilities. (1 pool, 1 table tennis, 1 pool table). The hotel staff are fantastic, make you feel welcome and very attentive. Breakfast was it/good but the select does not change much Lunches were nice with some variation. Mid afternoon snack, was a nice offering but felt a little like leftover from breakfast and lunch… in a way it was nice to see no food waste but disappointing at the same time. Dinner, good selection, daily variation. Best part of the meals was seeing some Greek food/desserts and they catered for the people that preferred there staples (pasta, chips, etc) They have evening entertainment with was a plus, negative was that you could hear it in the rooms. It was off season so lots of shops and restaurants were closed, I would say as a tourist you want to visit corfu after 10th May. Summarise: Nice hotel and views. Staff are awesome, go out of their way to make your stay good. A little far from the own and other shopping but the bus is just outside the property

Excellent check-in, very friendly. The entire experience from the airport to the hotel was perfect and the hotel is placed near a small beach woth a beautiful view over the Ionic sea and the island

Not a 4* hotel, 3* would be more likely. Average food, average room which had broken aspects. However staff were very friendly and attentive
