Very convenient from the ferry terminal. Clean and well maintained.

The hotel is attractive with lovely views and clean, spacious and modern rooms. The beds are even comfortable with memory foam mattresses which is very rare for Greek hotels. Unfortunately the pillows were not so comfortable and there is no kettle, glasses or cups in the room. The gardens are pretty and well kept. The rope around the pool makes it look unattractive and also less fun for the kids who were also told off by staff and the owner for jumping in, even though the pool rules on the wall said nothing about jumping in being forbidden. The staff were unfortunately not very helpful or friendly. Breakfast is not included and at €16 per person with no reduced price for children it is not a good deal for families to pay - especially for a family like us who has a child with multiple severe allergies. There is a strict policy that you can’t eat at any tables outside if bringing your own food, despite there being no tables in rooms but a stovetop and fridge in family rooms suggesting that cooking would even be encouraged (it is not). Staff were unwilling to provide us more than two spoons and bowls between 8 with which to eat our own cereal. We were also told off for using a spare clothes line even though it was not being used by anyone else. Lastly the location is very cut off along a very busy and dangerous road. You have to take the bus to get anywhere and it is not the best side of the island.

First, regarding the pool rules, it is clearly stated that jumping is not allowed, and this policy is in place to ensure the safety of all guests, especially children. We understand that this may not have been as enjoyable for the kids, but safety must always be our priority.As for the staff, I'm surprised to hear that you found them unhelpful. We pride ourselves on our hospitality, and I'm confident that if any reasonable request had been made, the staff would have gladly assisted. If your child has severe allergies, we understand it can be difficult, and perhaps a breakfast outside the hotel might be more suited to your needs, as we may not be able to accommodate such specific requirements.Regarding the use of tables in the snack bar and pool area, those spaces are intended for guests who are ordering food and drinks from the bar. If you prefer to eat your own food, there are designated areas outside your room, where you have chairs and tables for your convenience. We don’t encourage cooking in the rooms, as they are not equipped or designed for that purpose—only simple use is intended.Lastly, concerning the request for extra spoons and bowls, it's not that the staff was unwilling to provide them, but simply that we don’t have those items available for loan. The plates and bowls at the snack bar are for serving food ordered there, not for general use by guests.Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience should you choose to stay with us again.
