"My Husband and I visited this location between Feb 8-14 for our 10yr Anniversary. Even though the island was evacuated because of the quakes our stay here was phenomenal! Theradore was excellent. The first night we landed we had fear and with his excellent service he had us feel “at home” and that transitioned through the entire stay. Lateshia Was so sweet and kind to us as well. I will be booking this location to visit again in September. Room was clean, food was amazing and the views OMG THE VIEWS was spectacular. Heaven on earth. "Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us. Never got a call . At the end of our holiday we learnt that another couple got a free upgrade to a bungalow sea view with Jazzi because they weren’t happy with their view either so I was really disappointed that the cost of garden view room rate is less than what we paid for . apart from this we can’t fault the hotel , all staff were lovely and attentive food and drinks were great too "
