Staff were extremely helpful, grounds were beautiful. Lots of cats and little pups around (not sure if strays or if the hotel was caring for them) but all very friendly and loved feeding them.
Rooms spacious and clean.

Absolutely fantastic staff which made our stay at the hotel very pleasant. I was amazed at the incredible level of hospitality that we were afforded. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a family friendly, all inclusive.

Maids attended the rooms daily and changed bedding and clean towels, but did not once sweep or mop the floors

I got the ocean view room and it was gorgeous. Beds are very comfortable. The workout classes everyday are amazing overlooking the ocean. The buffet is delicious but note that its the same everyday so might get boring if you stay more than 5 days. This property is located slightly away from the downtown so its not walkable to downtown but staff can call you a taxi conveniently :)

The reception staff were either rude or incompetent.
Problems started at check in. We booked 2 rooms, telephoned 2 months prior asking them to be together. We were shown 2 rooms in 2 diffwrent buildings and told we would have to wait for the next day to speak to manager. When shown our 2nd room, ther adjoining (interconnecting room) was empty. We asked for that room, which took convincing and about an hour to sort.
On check out we were checking charges and reception staff were talking over us, rude snd not allowing us to speak. When we pointed it out, they didnt apologise and even worse had to cheek to say we were rude.
The hotel coudl have been anywhere in the world, there was nothinh Greek about it, apart from one Greek night. Overall dissaponting holidqy for the money

We must however take this opportunity to respond to certain of the claims you have made in your feedback. You had indeed requested for the rooms to be nearby but as was communicated to you at the time it is simply a request that is upon availability. In the busy tourist season it is especially difficult to accommodate such requests. Our team on property, when brought to our attention, took measures to assist and did exactly that. There was no effort of convincing as you have claimed. The adjoining room was not available the first day otherwise we would have allocated it as per the request. During check out there was no incident of a staff member being rude but simply an attempt to explain the charges which you did not want to accept or allow us the opportunity to given further information on. Feedback ought to be productive rather than accusatory, especially when based on incidents that the facts you present can be deemed as somewhat misleading.
