However, we wish to point out some facts, concerning our service throughout your stay.You have booked the Junior Petite Suite which is 20m², the information is clearly stated across all of our platforms online. We are furthermore very sorry about your inconvenience concerning our beds, and we take under serious account your remark, even though we don’t have complains about them from other guests of the hotel as all our suites have high quality mattresses. Considering your privacy, we wish to mention that Santorini’s hotels on top of the Caldera cliffs is limiting as its unique amphitheatrical architecture does not allow a completely secluded experience which you already known from your previous hotel in Oia. We are crossing the month of October which is considered “low-season” and the prices are very favorable as it was in your case, especially if you consider that Santorini is one of the most sought-out places to visit in the world. Our goal is to provide to our guests the highest level of services and to provide unforgettable vacation experiences and we tried to attain this goal during your stay, as well. Moreover, upon checking in, we provided you all the necessary information regarding the islands local bars & restaurants worth visiting. On top of that, we were also as attentive as ever to meet all your needs and requests that you made during your stay.Regarding your check out, the official check out time for all of our guests is at 11:00 AM which you were informed about upon checking in. We had informed you in advance that we could not accommodate your request for a later check out as we had a busy schedule on that specific day and we were expecting to welcome other future guests in the room that you were staying.To add up to all of those aforementioned remarks, you conveniently decided not to inform us about the damage several porcelain which we found under the bed, nor about the minibar consumption made and didn’t inform our associate at the reception when asked. It is quite saddening to read that your stay was not satisfactory as our team is constantly striving towards providing excellent services to our guests this can be also confirmed from our numerous reviews across multiple platforms. In any case we are looking forward to welcome you again in the future at Daydream Luxury Suites.
