The pool is cleaned daily, and both inside and out are well-maintained.Regarding the sunbeds, I must point out that after your use of them, we unfortunately had to discard the sunbed entirely due to excessive sun oil damage, making it impossible to clean. The photos you shared on various platforms were taken after you used them, not before. Additionally, you were informed upon check-in, both verbally and in writing, about our pool rules, which clearly state that sun oils and sunscreens are not allowed in the pool as they cause a chemical reaction with the chlorine, which can lead to discoloration—this may explain the "green line" you observed.As for the smell in your room, this was never communicated to us during your stay. Our housekeeping team did not detect any odor while servicing your room, and as you did not inform us, there was no opportunity for us to address it. If we’re not informed of an issue, it’s impossible for us to resolve it.Your remark about the "child" in the pool deserves special attention. What you likely witnessed was a young guest above the age of 15 who has certain special needs, and they were fully welcome at our hotel. We do not tolerate age discrimination, and I find your comment on this matter deeply troubling. We maintain a policy of inclusivity, and all of our guests are treated with the utmost respect and care.In terms of safety concerns, we reviewed our security footage and saw no indication of you or your daughter slipping. Again, this was not reported to us during your stay, which raises questions about the validity of this claim.Your comment about noise from the road is particularly surprising as this is the first complaint of its kind. We deliberately chose this location because it is away from the crowded, overly touristic areas of Santorini.
