Overall we enjoyed our three night stay, breakfast was very nice, staff very hospitable and friendly. Room was spacious and bar staff were excellent. I would say the hotel could improve on cleaning, bathroom was a little outdated and we found a cockroach in our room. Staff were very quick to help us however and these things happen. Gym could have better equipment and pool area could be better.

The ideal base for exploring Chania
Posted 23 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were so attentive - always offering to help with advice or services. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice and constant coffee refills . Great way to start the day. The hotel is in an ideal location around 10 mins walk to the old town. Such a nice walk in too. If you’re driving then the hotel is located not far from the main highway road that goes through all of Crete. Really handy!

The front desk girl was amazing, she directed us to beautiful areas and nice restaurants. The included breakfast was fantastic and they keep the breakfast open even later than indicated. The staff were great, don’t forget to tip for the great service. It’s a few minutes walking to Chania old port. Beautiful hotel, keep the greatness up.

Absolutely beautiful hotel at a very affordable price!! The staff were absolutely lovely, especially the reception team, nothing was too much and they were able to upgrade us and move us to a room overlooking the pool when we asked. They went above and beyond and purchased oat milk for me to have coffee with breakfast as I am vegan. Cannot recommend this hotel enough and if I were to come back to Crete I would not hesitate to stay here again!
