no hot water in the shower the room is very cold no thick blanket no kettle for having tea or coffee in the morning

It was poorly kept, barely to no help from the staff and difficult to find. I asked for directions and they barely helped me and when I asked for the wifi they didn't even anwser

Great place for a short stay
Posted 15 Jan 2020 on HotelsReally nice place, but we were visiting in the winter so the reception was not there and we had to call for service (which was absolutely fine, but something to note if you do not have international roaming) and the room was very cold.

The walls were wet and this left a terrible smell in all the rooms. I ended up at another hotel.

The staff may not always be available, so it's hard to get some info from them. And that you have to call them first for any issue. For someone who doesn't live in the country may be difficult to get a hold of them.
