Great - we stayed one night before our ferry out to the Greek islands!

The property was a bit dated and not the most clean, but it is located in a good area near a lot of things and really good food that locals love. The staff was great and really attentive.

Our group had 3 rooms. The front desk upgraded all of us to suites for the one night stay. We were able to walk to the museum which is less than a block. The front desk helped us with transportation to Knossos and to the ferry.

Top Hotel - with a GREAT Rooftop Bar
Posted 16 Sep 2024 on HotelsI typically stay here for work trips to HER - Thia is the 6/7th time I've been here and it has an amazing rooftop bar (with great food!) to watch the sunset and work (or to catch some sun).
I love the hotel and it's super close to everything. If you feel lazy there is also a gun there so it covers everything. Thank you Capsis team ❤️

Superb! Great Hotel in the heart of Heraklion! Room was clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful! Lovely buffet breakfast and beautiful rooftop pool, bar & restaurant!
