The entertainment team were fantastic. They created a fantastic and vibrant atmosphere. Food was good and we had a great time.

To busy not enough staff ! too many people crammed in ..it looked like it was rushed to get ready could be a lot better too much queuing to get served.. very disappointed 😞

Our family spent a week there for my daughters 30th birthday. From the time we got there to the time we left was the most pleasant place I stayed. Even with a couple of maintenance issues. which were corrected right away. All the people we talked to were absolutely the friendliest people. I would like to thank a few people in particular. Maria, Sophia, Debbie, Cindy, Giorgos, Manolis and Selen. And this does not count all the rest of the wonderful staff. It is a GREAT family resort. I would stay there again just for all the people and pools to swim in. I can't say enough good things about Blue Bay resort in Rhodes Greece.

Messed up our room, we paid for a family room with 4 single beds and they gave us 2 singles and a double, told us nothing could be done to change this. Also i got poisoning either from the food or the ice as i was told by another staff member they use tap water for the ice.

Staff very helpful. Resort very basic. Entertainment very poor. I requested sea view it was partial.

Mediocre Resort With Friendly Staff

Our room was filthy, the shower leaked all over the bathroom, the mattress sunk in the middle, had two TVs, one remote and the one remote had no bar tiered and the wifi signal was terrible which we needed for work calls. The staff was super kind, and there is lots to do. Location is fine, but very loud due to being so close to airport. Not their fault, ours for not paying attention. Overall it was mediocre and the rooms could use a serious facelift.

It was a very enjoyable stay, staffs were wonderful. Hotel was very beautiful.
My only complaint was the room wifi and Air condition.
