Ballas is beautiful - a lovely stay
Posted 19 Jun 2023 on HotelsI loved staying at Ballas Apartments. The property itself is run by Stavros whos a pretty cool dude. The property overlooks the sea and has an amazing outdoor space you can just chill on a variety of lounges etc and just look at the amazing view. There is also access to the water for a quick dip. The room was spacious and included a small kitchen which was very handy. the bathroom was newly renovated and adequate. Stavros was also so kind in having my earbuds i had left there sent to me in Lassi via a friend of his who is a taxi driver. Free. So that was amazing. Please visit these smaller places rather than the larger conglomerates.. Agia Efimia is so beautiful too. Im glad I decided to stay here instead of Sami.

Posted 17 Sep 2022 on HotelsSuch a lovely stay, Stavros is an amazing host, so friendly and helpful, he even let us borrow a beach umbrella! Gave us lots of advice regarding beaches and attractions and he was always welcoming and kind. The rooms are clean and well furnished. We slept comfortably. The location is excellent, Agia Efymia is a little village, very relaxing, ideal if you have a car so you can explore the island.

Stayed briefly prior to a sailing holiday .
Welcoming host who took time and trouble to make sure all was ok. Clean apartment with adequate facilities, including fridge, cooker and hairdryer. Stunning location and views directly to the sea. Relaxing gardens with lots of different areas to sit amongst lovely flowers and trees. Definitely recommend!!

Location: Plenty of places to eat and drink at harbour a short walk away
Beautiful patio area overlooking sea with access to sea down steps, loads of parking space in olive grove at side of property. Friendly and helpful owner stafros.

This property is very nice and well located. Our studio was clean and comfortable. The owner was super nice and friendly, always willing to help. The view from the patio is absolutely amazing, it looks like a postcard. I would recomment this accommodation to anyone visiting Kefalonia.
