The property was very nice. The food superb. Beach was not great. But the pool was wonderful.

The hotel has great facilities, indoor pool ,gym, spa and
various dining options. Staff are friendly helpful and well trained. The room was comfortable and spacious with everything you expect in a five star hotel mini bar safe etc.
There are half a dozen restaurants and a few shops in easy walking distance of the hotel and Rhodes town is a short taxi ride away. My only slight issue with the hotel
is that it is huge and the main dining room is rather soulless and canteen like. However that is a design flaw
and does not take anything away from the management of the property which is excellent.

We loved the hotel especially the indoor pool and spa facility. I had an incredible massage. Exeecise room was well equipped

A delightful experience! The 300 room hotel is well situated, a few minutes drive to the old and new parts of Rhodes town and to all the restaurants and shopping. It’s also an easy drive to the best beaches located on the south side of the island as well as to the cute beach village of Lindos and to the airport. Facilities are top notch and the staff even better! The breakfast buffet offers all options and the omelet chef made the best! Specially highlight at Mary at Reception and Litsa or Housekeeping for their personal attention. Over and above! We will return!

The beach is a pebble beach, the hotel does not have a reserved area on the beach. The location means that you hear airplane noises.

The staff treated us like royalty. We came for our honeymoon and arrived 2 days late due to airport issues. They had a nice bottle of wine and sweet treats in our room with a nice card. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. The lounge had live entertainment nightly, children welcome. There is not one thing you could possibly complain about. Would come again.

Great Getaway
Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe had a nice stay at the Platinum Resort. The staff were great. We had a large room and I enjoyed the breakfasts. The pool was clean and refreshing and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is very close to the hotel, but we found that swimming there wasn't pleasant due to the beach rocks and litter nearby. We walked to Rhodes 3 times, which is a bit of a journey - taxis are easy to arrange through the hotel, but agree the price beforehand..
