Nice hotel. Good price.

Very good location, by the beach. People are kind and helpfool. The room and around is clean. Breakfast OK, dinner can be improved. All in all nice hotel in a fair cost.

The hotel was lovely. Food was good and varied. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. One criticism that pool bar is not included in all inclusive but prices were reasonable.

Pros: proximaty to the beach and the aquarium (10-15 min walk)
Cons: customer service - you work in hospitality - so smile ! Wifi (free) only in lobby - none in the rooms
We had 2 rooms - the sea view was fine, the garden room was overlooking someones back yard. The hotel is on the public beach. Good local shops otherwise not close to any larger areas. The staff in the restaurant were fine and the food was ok. The reception staff need a personality. The pools were clean - the pool towels had holes in them but we could not be bothered to address it to reception staff as they would rather avoid interacting with clients. On check out they did not even ask how our stay was and hope to see us soon one day. The rooms are basic - its stated as 4 star but its 3 star IMO. We had issues with the air con - it took 5 minutes to get going and the filters were packed with dust - the on site repair man came and made us feel indadequate at notunderstanding air con equipment but we did make him clean the clogged up filters (albeit he did it in our shower). They only give 1 room key with a magnet to attach to the sensor which starts the room up- pain in the neck as if one of us wanted to go out we had to be let in or wake up our family. It achieved what we needed to achieve, no one fell ill, the kids loved the pool, basic kids entertainment. We arranged the holiday 5 days prior so we paid premium for a basic hotel - will book more in advance next time.

OK Hotel close to a public Beach

Pros: The restaurant and cleaning staff were pleasant and would always greet you. Depending who was serving at the bar they would occasionaly smile.
Cons: All staff could walk around with a big smile and look if they enjoy their work. Cater for all kinds of people. Improve WiFi, & the comfort of bedroom.
Location: Lots of restaurants outside very nice too. Some nice local supermarkets.
A very disappointing experience for a 4* All Inclusive Hotel. Surely reception staff should have a happy face. Had to pay for everthing with the exception of cheap quality & limited variety of alchol drinks and meals. A large variety of food but all cooked & prepared very similarly. Aimed mainly at the Eastern European community. Got bored with the food very quickly. All the soft drinks were watered down including the so called fruit Juices. We were a group of 6, we always had to wait for a table at every sitting, because they only had 2 tables in the restaurant that would accommodate 6 people. The head waiter felt he was doing us a favour. A person of self importance. Before the time of restaurant closed they would start picking the food up. WiFi was not available every in the hotel, very poor connection had to come to the main reception and stand at particular location to make a phone call. The reception and bar area where people would congregate was quite large and they would turn off the air conditioning here. In your bedroom you got one pillow the size was ideal for a child was very uncomfortable. Our bathroom was appalling, the toilet seat had to be replaced with a new one on the first day. The shower rail and curtain collapsed. Had a shower on the first day the tray overflowed and flooded the bathroom which went into the bedroom. Had to change rooms the next day. The room decor was old and tatty, beds were so uncomfortable was not able to get a good nights sleep once.

Bei den Zimmern mangelte es an Sauberkeit. Zudem entdeckten wir Staubläuse. Es gibt nicht viel Essensauswahl und es wird nich alles beschriftet. Für All-Inclusive gibt es nur wenige alkoholische Getränke zur Auswahl, und nur bis zu einer gewissen Zeit. Das Servicepersonal, wie such dir Bartender sind sehr nett.
