This place is PHENOMENAL! The whole staff is AMAZING! Makes you feel like family. Views are BREATHTAKING too! You will not want to leave!

This hotel is the perfect place if you're looking for a relax hotel to stay at. At times I felt like no one else was staying at the hotel because it was so peaceful and everyone on the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here at Asarte Suites again!

When we were booking online the picture they show for senior suite was different from what they have provided us and we had to pat additional €235 for changing the room to what we had seen online. They didn’t accomodate us because of their incorrect website information. Then they arranged the rental car for us stating that they are doing business with this company for over 10 years and the company is trustworthy but we ended up paying €200 additional on top of the rental price for the scratch to the car that was already there and they blamed us for that scratch. Hotel staff arranged the rental and refused to communicate at the end saying that they don’t have anything to do with rentals. Terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend anyone to trust Astarte suites staff please do not ruin your vacation.
