The property was an oasis in the midst of busy and popular Santorini. Wonderful staff that were there to help with any arrangements. Friendly and genuine. Great spa facility.

The property and our room was wonderful. Our VIP upgrade wasn’t available but they gave us a welcome plate and a bottle of wine to our room. The service and staff were all excellent. Good location walking to all restaurants and shops of Fira.

One of the best hotels I have every stayed at. The staff were all so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable experience! Would definitely stay again!

This was a beautiful hotel and the staff was top notch. All the shopping and places to eat are a block away, just close enough but quiet at hotel.
The complimentary breakfast each day was very good. We had their driver pick us up from Ferry and drop us off 4 days later at the airport. No hassles, everything was easy. My wife got a massage too and we enjoyed sitting on our private patio with hot tub and beautiful views!

Rude bartenders near the pool. Too busy talking to each other than waiting on customers
