Very clean and quiet hotel. The breakfast is very good! You cross the street and your on the beach.

The only good thing about the property is the amazing view and the friendly staff at the bar. The rest is a disaster, it is my 5th time at this hotel. But this time it is my last. It has downgraded so badly. I had a cocroach crawling in my room ( 2nd floor) the best room they have with pananoramic view. The owner's awnser was I have insects in my house two it is normal. Insane! Not to mention that the insect was crawling next to my toddler's crib. The air condition machine was dripping water all night all day. I told the manager after a few hours she told me we fixed it. It was amazingly fixed it was no longer dripping but rather pouring water like a river. I had to put all the towels on the floor to retain the water. I was shocked and dissapointed by the indefference of the manager to all of this. I did not even get an "excuse us" note for paying for a defected room. Anyway last time at that place.

Dear guest, the last three years there has been a great effort to upgrade the hotel in every aspect. We are very happy to see that our guests (especially repeated guests) notice all these changes and enjoy their stay in our hotel even more. Our book for the reviews is full of remarks and reviews that are really motivating for the employees and the owners. Regarding your comment for the insect the building has been disinfested and there is no place to guarantee that there will be no insect when you keep the doors and windows wide open all day and night. The insect that you showed to the owner is so common and harmless in the island and although the lady owner expressed her apologies and you said repeatedly there is no problem and there is no need for apologies you are describing a completely different "story"! Same "story" for the air-condition. As soon as you informed us that there is water leaking in your room , we responded in the blink of an eye and fixed the problem. There was no leaking after that...!!! As for your comments regarding the " indifference " of the manager..."I really don't feel to defend myself".... "Anyway, last time at that place", sounds really .... optimistic!!

Deutlich gealtertes Gebäude und Ausstattung, darüber können auch viele Liter türkise Farbe nicht hinwegtäuschen. Service und Coronakonzept beim Frühstück (eine einzige Person rennt am buffet hin und her, um das Gewünschte einzusammeln, Gäste stehen Schlange und sprechen ohne Maske gegen eine plexiglasscheibe) wenig überzeugend. Weichspüler und geruchsintensives Putzmittel persönlich gar nicht mein Geschmack. Zimmer und Anlage sauber. Kostenlose liegen und Strandhandtücher vorhanden. Service bzw. Entgegenkommen durch die Chefin freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Perfekt vecka på Leros

Bodde med en fantastisk utsikt över havet.Rummet helt ok. Fantastiskt trevligt mycket tack vare Anna som tog hand om oss som vi vore hennes personliga gäster. Underbart läge med bad 25 meter utanför dörren. Enkelt att ta sig till andra delar av Leros. Återkommer gärna.
