Dear Katie, thank you for taking the time to make an attempt to discredit us as a hotel, albeit a failed one. It is remarkable how eloquent your feedback is, when you hardly uttered 10 words to us while staying here, despite our efforts. From the first moment you arrived, you did not like the room, although it was exactly the type and name of the villa on your reservation. The next day you complained about a "buzzing" noise in the room, when our staff went to investigate in the room with you, there was no sound but complete silence.Upon arrival, we provide our guests with 2 large 1,5 lt bottles of water, but we specifically mention that they are not renewable daily. Also, on your breakfast form, which you eagerly completed daily without asking for more vegetarian options, it says only filter coffee. We do not provide other coffees at 8-10 am, but we offered to order you one from nearby and you simply refused. For the record, your room was cleaned daily and all bathroom utilities are also renewed when being consumed, it is a routine procedure for us.Honestly, we believe some people can be served caviar and complain about the colour, it is a matter of perspective we guess. And we thank you for the compliment of calling our pool "nice with good food", we assumed you would praise it much more highly considering you constantly said how amazing it was while you were here (well not you actually, your boyfriend did). We also thank you for praising our quads that you enjoyed renting in our hotel, we guess you forgot mentioning that as well, viewing it was your boyfriend who drove it. Dear Jenifer, your feedback of your recent "non stay" with us can only be characterized as slander, as it is obviously not only subjective but a mere attempt of utter defamation of our establishment. For the sake of our guests, we will uncover the real facts behind this review. When you arrived to our hotel, we welcomed you and even offered you the special cranberry juice for your child and you were very impressed by your room when you saw it. Some time later you complained about the color of the jacuzzi being green which we explained was due to the fact that we put fresh water and chemicals inside and assured you that it will change in a couple of hours. When we asked you if there was something else wrong with the room you said no and even used the characterization ''brilliant''. You then complained about the price being too high and when we assured you that our payment from Expedia was much less than the one you paid to the third party, you refused to acknowledge the fact and asked for a refund based on the green colour of the jacuzzi. Eventually you left and when you came back and found the jacuzzi blue as promised, you THEN began to search for dirt in the room in the most unreachable places like ceiling cracks or even more absurd on the walls (which had black designer paint dots) and when you found nothing, you took the sheets off the bed and searched in the stone base of the bed and under the mattress in a desperate frenzy to find a dirty spot, obviously aiming at finding a blaming base to put us at fault so that you could then make your absurd reimbursement demands (also against Expedia policy). Eventually when you found nothing substantial and we refused to reimburse you for the amount you never paid to us, you left in the most disturbing manner shouting curses in the pool and throwing the keys to our staff at the reception. We should actually report you for abusive behavior and were on the verge of calling the police when you finally left. It should be known that we do have video recordings of this of course but we are unable to attach them here.We were holding the room empty for the days of your stay in case you came back and were on alert to contact the authorities. We are really grateful for your departure, as it is our duty to protect our guests against potentially aggressive behavior.We will leave our guests and reviews to make their conclusions about your words and wish a lot of patience to any other establishment you cross the threshold of.

We are very glad you chose us as your Santorini holiday destination choice.We are very sorry you had an unpleasant experience as our guests comfort and safety is paramount to us. That is why we have a pest inspection and disinfestation on regular intervals, which we did again immediately after your stay with us. Our pest inspector assured us that there was no sign of them but we disinfested the whole villa just to be sure, including washing all your sheets and towels during your stay as well. We assure you that we take these issues very seriously and we offer our deepest and sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.We hope to have the chance to prove our credibility and professionalism to you in one of your future stays in our villas.
