Hotel was empty, asked for a room with a better view (a few doors from our room) so that we can see the ocean unobstructed. There were no difference in rates in the rooms. The service agent lied to us that the hotel was fully booked (I could have reserved 10 rooms on Expedia that minute) and did not even look at our request. The room was dirty so was the washroom. Clearly they want to be an upscale resort but are really not.

Thank you for your feedback, when you book at Expedia you can not book a room with seaview. If there are availability to reserv 10 rooms its not a guaraneteé that there are 10 seaview rooms available. It can be fully booked on our roomtypes with seaview but still available rooms in other roomstypes. Next time we recommend you to book directly on our website, where you always also get the best price. Welcome back anytime.

Seaside location is fantastic. Several activities if you want. The food at the restaurants are very good. Overall a very good option to enjoy and relax.

Freezing cold watertemp!

Would be a good place to stay with kids. Property is nice overall with great access to water and walks nearby. Room was clean but overpriced for the quality of the room.
