The power and electricity went out there was no air conditioning no hot water and I was literally sweating in a dark room. The hotel refuses to give any kind of compensation for this and wants to charge me the full rate even though they failed and they're responsibility to provide the amenities that they advertise such as air conditioning, and electricity. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and the La Quinta management refuses to correct the situation. This hotel should have a generator but it does not. It is not my fault that they fail to meet their obligations and responsibilities. Now I am stuck paying full price for a room that had no air conditioning no electricity and no hot water. The situation is absolutely absurd and ridiculous and neither the La Quinta hotel or Expedia are willing to do anything about it.

The room was clean not properly stocked. There was a used dirty towel in the shower. There was only 2 sets of towels for four people. At the first desk, there was a sign stating low on staff so daily room clean for guest staying multiple nights was not available. My granddaughter was looking forward to swimming in the pool but sign was posted that it was not available. Due to convenience to the attractions in the area, I would possibly stay again

The first room we were unable to sleep as there was loud sound couldn’t tell where it was coming from but it was super loud.. the next day at noon they switched us rooms but there were fleas in that room.. it was very unpleasant and the rooms hadn’t been vacuumed or towels put the restroom.. the office center printer is down so you can’t use it.. the remote to the tv was not working.. we’ve stayed here before and it was good but this trip was very bad.. I don’t know if the difference was that we used expedia to book this time or what.. so disappointed. Plus they charge a pet fee which is not disclosed on expedia..
