Stepped on glass getting out of the pool and woke up to the lady in the office banging on our door after we were a few minutes past check out. They did nothing for the piece of glass that went into my foot.

Check in was a breeze,the room was very clean, and the lady at the desk was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in St. Augustine.

Trying to be honest
Posted 27 Jul 2024 on HotelsA lot of potential here. Price was the seller for me and why I booked here. The pictures on the app portrayed a way better kept property. Room was clean, but very out dated. There was a gentleman that slept in the room where the linen was kept and was awake watching his phone day and night. While he was polite, it was still very awkward. Good value, but definitely a lite strange.
