"The front desk staff at check in was kind of a jerk and not very welcoming. She made a comment about me using an outside agency to make my booking. It was kind of a put down. Our room was not ready for us when we arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon. House keeping was still cleaning it. We had to wait until 4:15 before she would give us our key or tell us where we were staying. The airconditioning was not working very well and the room temperature would rise over night making it hard to sleep (76...

"We love visiting the MGV with our family. The hotel offers a lot for everyone. The

buffet is excellent, the outdoor pool is beautiful and if it’s raining they have an indoor pool. They have plenty of activities to keep you busy, which is great for us since we have two active boys. My younger son enjoyed the farm and playground, while my older son loved the game room and tennis courts. If we stayed an extra day, he would have taken a mountain bike out for a trail ride. "
