"I stayed with famile for a New Year , very convenient place everything around , I wouldn't say walking distance to falls but close enough 2min by car , one suggestion to host, please update your pots and pans, over all grate place.I will stay again , I dont agree with previous coments about neighborhood, Is quite and safe. "I really enjoyed my stay here. It is older than it looks in the pictures but it has that older home charm, to me. My only complaint was the king bed only had 2 pillows so if you like pillows you might want to bring some. Other than that my stay was pretty good."

"This place was advertised as a house for rent. What it was, was a run down apartment building that was vacant. Upon arrival, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to be in a particular one of the units or not. It was very disconcerting not knowing if I would be walking into someone’s living space. However, I went into unit one to find it empty and clean. I called the property owner and was told the entire building was at my disposal. That was the end of the positive experience. "This place was not kid friendly at all. They had balloons and dirty decor from the previous nights booking where little toddlers are able to pick things up and put it in there mouth. There was hair on the “freshly cleaned” towels. There was pink frosting on a blanket in room 5. There was a tremendous amount of snow and there was no salt spreaded by the owners. "Many issues with this property : bad location/unsafe neighborhood, strong cigarette smell in bedrooms, extremely small stairs, only one bathroom, very poor service(we asked for extra blanket, towels and pillows and they delivered after 2 nights ). this looks like run down/old house, don't go with photos "

" Cute decor and cute design but there was open access to a scary/unsafe basement that we couldn't lock as well as the neighborhood being in a sketchy area. We were two women traveling alone and decided to move to another hotel."

"When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. "The location of this property is in a very unsafe area. Perhaps the least safe in Niagara Falls, NY according to the the local police department. We were advised to leave ASAP and we did leave early by two days and moved to a nearby Sheraton. Locks on the exterior door to the house, as well as to the main entrance doors to the two apartments were missing strike place, which means that the deadbolt goes into the wooden door frame, which provides no security against a kick to the door.
