"The location and grounds were stunning and incredibly well kept. The children had lots of green space to play and explore and be up close with the animals. Our deck was expansive which made for lovely evenings watching the sun go down behind the hills and the sky change colour. The beds were incredibly comfortable which was a pleasant surprise as we have bad backs and often struggle to sleep while travelling. "Our biggest disappointment was the swimming pool and the area around it. It was the main reason we booked Karoo Life Bed & Breakfast. We really wanted to be able to spend time around the pool relaxing during the very hot days we were visiting. The pool was dirty and not cleaned once during our 3 night stay. The Kreepy Krauly pool cleanser hose was also left in the pool the entire time we were there which made it impossible to swim across the pool. It also wasn't working. The pool looks nothing...
