This is my 2ns stay in this hotel. I had a great time staying here during Covid times. Apparently there will be 2 management owners by April 2025. Because there will be 2 managements in the coming season, the building has natural cosmetic defects. But it is still a good place to stay even for a quick trip. US bank is just across and Tracy’s Family Restaurant is in the other corner. So it’s a plus!

I love parking indoors when it's 4°F out! Great staff! Really great, im not kidding! I can't believe the Continental breakfast! Really great! Walking distance from many great venues but go as at least a couple. Downtown Great Falls has it's good days and it's bad. That's why good to have private parking! Highly recommended!

Firstly, the entire hotel reeked of cigarettes on every floor. Someone drove through the breakfast area during our stay. To top that all off I was given a towel to shower with that was stained and had “PET TOWEL” written on it in big bold red letters.

I got to my room and the heat wasn't even running. Nothing was plugged in. My room was freezing, I was afraid to walk on the floor or sleep in the bed, so I attempted to leave after failing to get the room to warm up at all. Instead, he changed my room. Same thing. The place wreaked of cigarette smoke, and the noise was constant. I don't know how anyone stays there. I got in late from LA ready for sleep, and instead ended up driving two hours home at 2am. They wouldn't even give me a refund!!

The manager checking people in was very disrespectful. He asked me three times about my credit card being a MasterCard and through US Bank????? Why??? Very condescending and disrespectful tone. I am not going to book through Expedia again.
