My employees were denied a room after purchasing a room through Expedia were told there was no such reservation after being charged for it through Expedia

We were switched from Ski to Central motel. Central needs a bit of exterior work but the room was good for the value. It was clean and suited our needs for our 2 night stay. Central location in town and everyone was very nice.
