Our stay was so relaxing. The staff were wonderful, very friendly. Loved the mermaid and merman. Definitely will stay here when we are in Great Falls

Staff was friendly but room was stuffy and furniture was old but clean

The facilities were clean and it was very quiet. The bathroom fixtures are somewhat dated and inconveniently arranged. There is no rack for the hand towel at the sink, so where does one put it after hand drying? The stiffness friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant had a light menu as well as regular food. The hot apple crisp was delicious!

Karen, you made us ponder a very good question so my maintenance and housekeeping team are tasked with finding a solution to the hand towel issue. The hot apple crisp is definitely a crowd favorite. The young man who checked us in did not tell us of the Sip and Dip, so we missed our only chance to go up there. Also, it was very difficult getting the luggage cart to our room. We actually could not get it there. Otherwise, the stay was great.
