Room was either freezing ir we had the heat off or felt like a furnace or we had it on. We also found that the “apartment” part of the room was not well utilized by us. "This hotel was an incredible property in such a cool area of London. It is a 4 min walk to Borough Market, Tate Modern, the Thames river walk, and Tube station, and had plenty of markets and local restaurants to choose from. The management at the property were very helpful and attentive to our needs, and were able to receive and hold packages that were delivered until we arrived back for the day. Would highly recommend this property for your next visit! "
