We just lucked out and were given a beautiful apartment, so I am obviously prejudiced! The facilities were immaculate as was the decor. Front end and wait staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. We whole-heartedly recommend the Augarten to enhance your Graz experience.

This was a modern hotel and very clean. They had a great pool / sauna area. Unfortunately, the beds were too firm for us and no air conditioning in the room. This was the only hotel during our 2 week stay that charged for parking and breakfast, which was disappointing. Luckily we were there on a weekend and there was free parking on the street in front of the hotel.

We have air conditioning in all rooms, but during your stay there was a big storm all over Austria with temperatures of 5-10 degrees outside, so we have already turned on the heating and turned off the air conditioning. We offer our guests two rates through Expedia: one with breakfast and one without, so you can choose what you want to book. You are also welcome to book breakfast on site. We have our own underground car park, which is directly connected to our hotel, but you can decide whether you want to use it or not. We look forward to seeing you again. Cozy and quiet room. Especially every staff is friendly and kind whenever I ask something. I can highly recommend the hotel :)

I love this hotel. The hotel is in a quiet residential area and a converted apartment building. It was experiencing real life in Graz, in a fabulous modern apartment full of exciting artworks. The unit was immaculately kept, and all amenities were of luxury quality. The staff, both at night and in the morning, were friendly and helpful. Every corner of the hotel has witty, fantastic design elements that will delight you. We did not get to try them, but all the amenities, like the pool and conference rooms, look nice, clean, and well-equipped. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Graz, especially those who plan to stay for a while; 'Stay Artful'.
