Historic hotel with large, well maintained rooms, nice common areas, a cool bar and an average restaurant. Only drawback was the breakfast: minimal with like warm coffee on the day we were there.

Very nice clean hotel. Fiona ? at Check in very friendly/informative. I requested a quiet room, the hotel itself was quiet except for the location of the room (# 4) I could hear all the cars going by which prevented me from having a good nights rest. The nearby shops opened a bit late, some at 11am or 12 noon, and we had to move on to our next destination by then. Also when we were walking the downtown at 9 pm, mostly everything was closed except a couple of places to eat/drink, it was very quiet. Hot breakfast was only one entree. We were unable to use our $10 food/drink credit because the bar/restaurant opened at 11am & we had to leave. Overall, nice place, would stay again but ask for quieter location.
