The staff is so nice and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. It is so convenient to downtown’s shops and restaurants.the free breakfast is great.

Did not like that there was no one to help with bags to room. Also, I supposedly had an ADA room, but it had a bathtub with high sides?!
Although I am disabled, I managed to deal with both these issues but it was disappointing. I might not stay there next time due to the above problems. Thank you for taking corrective action!

Hi Lynn-Thanks for staying with us and sharing your review!You are correct, we do not have valets to assist with luggage, and I’m sorry that wasn’t clear when you made your reservation with us. You reserved and received an ADA room, however, we have different bathroom configurations to accommodate a variety of needs; your room specifically had a shower/tub combo with multiple grab bars, a bench and a shower head that is adjustable in height and could become handheld if needed. We also have ADA rooms with roll in showers, with the same features, minus the tub.Next time you stay in a room that doesn’t meet your needs, please let us know, as we prefer to make all of our guests feel comfortable and can only fix it while you are here!Thanks again for staying with us! I hope that if you are in the area you’d be willing to give us another chance! In the meantime, I wish you all the best in your future travels!

Jake was very helpful at the buffet? He helped my grand daughter manage multiple trips at the buffet . She was trying to accommodate too many items a once. He was kind and pleasant.
Krystal at the front desk was super sweet and welcoming.
