Bed was too firm. Door made a loud noise when shutting it.

I called to verify which hotel I was booking because I was confused if it was Gold Miner's Inn, etc.. They confirmed there was a jacuzzi which is a requirement at any hotel I stay in.. I arrived to check in and then notified the jacuzzi is under remodel.. Had they informed me of this, I would not have booked.
Also, the TV did not work in my room. I spent hours trying to even get to a channel and it would only go to one channel. I called the front desk and she was not able to fix it either. So I was stuck in my room with no TV and no jacuzzi to enjoy. The front desk lady that works nights told me she would have the manage contact me to issue a refund and also verified my number. No one ever contacted me at no one ever came to my room.

The front desk employee was so very helpful. My room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Great experience.

I booked and paid for double queen room. the beds were smaller than queen. The check-in was slow, only 1 employee, who was trying hard, but couldn't cope we the onslaught of people. Then after checking in 2 other tryed to get into our room, as front desk reassigned our room.When I reported that room wasn't queen beds,wastold she would report it. that's the last I heard from them.
