The conditions was horrible , it was a ground floor room with no window or door from the room to the toilet, it was extremely terrible experience. we had to cross a main road to go and have breakfast in the other building. I will not recommend it to a human being not even pets.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. design is a bit old-fashioned and some maintenance is needed (e.g. few burnt lights). breakfast is not that rich, and served across the street.

Disappointed by this property. Room was single space open with toilet and shower in same space as bed. Shower was large but did not drain properly so considerable water stayed in floor after use.
Room did not have a good fresh smell perhaps caused by shower issue.
Security was found unacceptable and reported to owner. The external door frame was detached from wall and could be easily forced open. Owner responded that he had tried to fix it previously but door would then not close!
When we insisted that we would not accept this broken door a proper repair was carried out.
Overall a poor experience.
