"The owners were great helping us navigate how to find the hotel later check in and the pedestrian zone. The parking situation was very confusing. we parked in the wrong lot the first night and so ended up paying twice and the discounted ticket we had from hotel was not discounted. The room was fabulous! Really special. The breakfasts were good, we thought were included. We might have skipped one of the days if we realized. Very charming, was a splurge.
