Undergoing major renovation which wasn't aware when making reservation. Evening desk clerk not very welcoming but morning desk clerk fine. Restaurant on premises very good. Will stop again once renovations are complete.

Was here for a banquet. The food was absolutely great! As were the servers there. Went after to check in, as check in time was 4pm and it was 4:30 but never got a room until 5:40. The bed was clean, the trash cans had new bags but there was debris all over the floors. I wasn't calling the front desk bc of how little they cared about actually getting me into a room I paid for and just kept saying I have to wait! Never again! I only stayed here because of the banquet. I will happily drive elsewhere after an event then ever stay in another holiday inn.

Beyond being outdated, there was black mold in the shower, multiple spiders crawling in the shower and sink, there were crumbs in the pullout sofa bed, and the heating/cooling system made the loudest humming noise that would only stop when the system was completely turned off.

The staff was friendly but i could barely understand what he was saying. They are in the progress of updating and used the pictures of the updated rooms to advertise. That wa misleading. My was was very outdated. It had cracks and holes. Visible stains on the furniture. A small tv. And all i heard all night was traffic outside.

It looks like they are getting ready to start renovations.
They should not be rent out ANY rooms with in the deplorable conditions of the rooms. My room looked like someone with animals had lived in the room.
Lampshades broken, carpet pulled up, stained, and bubbling, furniture with huge scratches and gouges. It was not in condition to rent out!
