Drug deals in parking lot. And the e sheets have me such a bad rash I had to leave in the middle of the night to find another place to stay. I want a refund. The staff didn’t care at all. I have pictures of it. Was horrible.

Floor was clearly unswept over several days. Overall description of the room and the one other time i staid there was Grimy. The cleanest part of the room were the sheets cause they get washed by a high grade machine

Room was facing 7th street and noisy without earplugs. I was told no one can refund me for checking out 2 days early.

The staff was kind, courteous and went beyond what i expected to help meet my needs due to an injury.
