Room was pretty much standard issue for Hi Express. Shows it’s age a little, but everything was fine. Staff very friendly and helpful

Staff was excellent. My dog loved the grassy pet area!

The guy Mike who checked us in was wonderful. Can’t say enough about how pleasant he was and very professional

Check in staff told me that there was no such thing as a one bedroom suite with a solid door between the bedroom and the living room, even though I’d called ahead and someone on staff did tell me exactly which room to reserve for exactly this feature. They even argued with me about it and implied that I was the one who made the mistake. Then when we entered the room lo and behold there was a door. Front desk staff should know basic room inventory and features and avoid gaslighting guests if they are poorly informed.
