The room needed a good clean to get rid of mould on wall and bathroom . Reception area nice but rooms outdated and in need of some paint

Jane and Dulce made us feel very welcome and we’re very attentive to my family. The room was fine, but in need of a refurb.

Shabby
Noisy in the morning with gardnera outside of our window,at 8ish.
No smiles from reception.. pretty cold welcome.
Barman was the best happy and polite.

this property was overall very good with all you wanted from a hotel and spa.food was very good buffet breakfast superb. rooms were clean and tidy and serviced every day of my 5 night stay
