The assessbility was perfect for my husband with his mobility scooter

This was my second stay and it was as enjoyable as the first time Lovely quiet room over looking the golf course with everything i needed

Lovely hotel and room. Just let down a touch by breakfast. Cold options great but the hot options had run out at 9.30am. Staff seemed very reluctant and slow to top up the basics such as eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms

Extremely overpriced. The quality for what youre paying for is shockingly low. The hotel is fine, the interior of the communal areas is lovely, and the room was clean. It was a nice hotel. However, it is definitely not worth what it is priced as. The service of the meal was extremely slow (1 hour wait) for not particularly nice food and again, high priced. Further, when checking in, the reception told us not to book the restaurant, to eat in the bar, as it was "busy tonight". When we arrived at the bar, it was no longer serving food so we had to then go to the restaurant where there were plenty of tables free but we were treated strangely when advised we had not booked... a mess. The room - lights wouldnt turn on. Plugs were blocked so shower turned into a bath. The mini-fridge was extemely loud. Then outside, at 630am, a lawnmower starts! When I expressed a concern this morning, no care was given. Usually, I would not care, the standard was fine for a quick trip. But at £184 for a 1 night stay + 32pp meal (for 1 course), I am highly disappointed.
