"Lamira Serviced apartments was wonderful it was like a suite with a kitchenette. The only recomendation is to add a microwave. There is a lovely balcony with a view of a river. A train stop, convenience store and coffee shops were within walking distance. I was in conract for towels and the check out via email. I highly recommend and would like to esppecially mention Vanessa's warm welcome!"

"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. Since i booked through Expedia and there was no way of contacting the company, i had to call Expedia when i was overseas to get help for this. To save all of you...

"It was an unconventional set up but we still had an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately the bed wall wasn’t working but it was repaired once reported. We didn’t realise that amenities like tea/coffee/microwave were only available in a shared lounge area which wasn’t close to our room but that was our oversight. "

Only issue we had was contacting the hotel directly but expedia was able to assist us. "Very easy to get to and easy to check-in. I only stayed for one night and wished I could have stayed longer. The hotel is on top of a grocery store which is very convenient. "

"Property was rather spartan, not even a bottle opener in the cutlery. And the apartment had a strong smell of stale smoke particularly on one bedroom. The response from management was very rapid but the provision of a reed diffuser did little to assuage the issue despite best intentions. Surprisingly no attempt to refund a portion due to this was proffered."

"The apartment was very modern and clean but it was up four flights of stairs. Also no AC so it got very warm the two days I was there when Zurich was in the high 80'sF. Had a coffee maker but no coffee. Would have been nice if they kept some instant coffee in the cupboard."

"It was a lovely stay. The only complaint I have is that the bed was lovely but pillows were flat pieces nothingness which made it very hard and uncomfortable to sleep. "

"I am 72 years old and was traveling alone. This is my first trip to Zürich. I was very pleased with this property. It is my first time to stay in an apartment, instead of a hotel. The decor is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a nice shower. The location is excellent, there are many walkable attractions of Zürich nearby. I always felt safe in this location. Chicken was remarkably easy and clever. Seminar, checking out was a snap."
