The staff were all super friendly and amazing, especially Catja. I had to stay behind at the hotel due to Covid while my family went to Ireland. The staff made me feel taken care of during my stay. I am grateful for their hospitality

Staff were super friendly, check in and out went quick! Room was clean and quiet. Bathroom was spotless. Would recommend for people who want a quiet, clean room and are not looking for amenities onsite.

This is a very handy low cost hotel. It's clean with friendly staff, bathrooms are larger than many hotels. There is no bar or breakfast but that doesn't matter too much as there are lots of facilities in Falkirk.
