Everything seems to be new and clean. Big and quiet room. Also very friendly staffs.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was very good! I hated the wooden cutlery but your staff graciously gave me normal cutlery. I really appreciated that!

The property was nice, rooms were spacious and clean. It was disheartening that there was no lieniency on the pool after our football team spent over 3000 dollars at the hotel for 1 nights stay and our boys couldnt warm up in the hot tub at 10:30... earliest pool closure time i have ever seen at a hotel...

Great place but turn up the pool!!! It’s so cold my kids wouldn’t even go in it FREEZING

With what has transpired i will reverse the no show fee and give full refund on Ms Annie Kibonge's no show. it will be a couple of days for this to be reversed.
