Very clean. Comfortable rooms and beds. All staff was very friendly and accommodating for our large family gathering. My only complaint would be other guests' dogs were barking during the night which kept me awake-- this is no fault of the hotel.

Nicely updated, Mario at check in was amazing! He went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. He even went out to shovel and salt the walkway from the back parking lot. Our room was cold, he brought keys up to us to allow us to easily move to the room next door. He is exceptional at delivering outstanding customer service and should be recognized! We will always stay here if given a choice!

Decent enough Residence Inn but staff/mgt extremely stingy with their “Welcome Waters”. COVID “we only clean your room when asked” policy is also ridiculous. Best to make a new res for each night, then you’ll get waters and cleaning for no extra charge or hassle.
