Our sheets were dirty. The carpets in the hotel were stained and out dated. No toilet paper in the bathroom in lobby. I couldn’t check out and get a receipt because there wasn’t an employee available.

Hotel smells not as pleasant, when family of four trying to get blanket for sofa bed, office do not have clean supply. Otherwise, good location, friendly staff

Easy access into Grand Rapids downtown. Easy drive to all attractions. Bed was comfortable. Shower has good hot water and pressure. Only thing they could do better is: supply the kitchen with more kitchen/stove wear. There is a stove top but not a single pot/pan or cooking utensil.
Wil stay again after throwing a quart sauce pan and spatula into the car.
