The front desk attendant tried to her best woth a faulty card reader and was very friendly

Not up to Holiday Inn "standards". Some areas have been updated and are nice, others areas were dirty and not up to par. They could have an amazing swim area but the equipment definitely needs some updating/improvements. Also, be advised they charge $5.00 per person for breakfast....we paid and regretted it, had to ask for oj, milk, and additional things to be filled. Some of the staff does not speak English. Our room was clean but above the shower was full of mold, fan did not work, sink did not drain correctly :(

Breakfast was supposed to be included had to get vouchers and all hot food was cold and hot water was cold waiter brought more hot water and it was only barely warm

Thank you for staying with us and your feedback. The breakfast is not a complimentary breakfast. It is 5 plus tax per adult and 2 children under 12 are free with the purchase of 1 adult breakfast. This is an IHG policy. I encourage you to reach out to IHG and let them know that a complimentary breakfast is something you would like to see for our hotel.

Bathroom flooded. Took for an hour to get help and to get moved to another room. I understand being short staff but that does not fall on customers. I was traveling with my 2 year old daughter it was just super inconvenient and the response from the hotel was delayed and frustrating. I waited for someone to come and that took away from experience water area with my family and with time being limited it all just snowballed. Hopefully hotel takes accountability

This was way too expensive for the product provided. Room was dirty with dirty sheets and pillows. Couch caved into the middle. Carpet was dirty. Room was incredibly noisy and we were woken up multiple times through the night. Would not recommend.
