Clean room, although it looked as if the room was under renovation seeing as one of the light fixtures was missing a cover/shade. Staff was extremely friendly, KP was an amazing help with my check-in.

Checked in around 10:30 pm. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk.
I get to my room and notice the following: the lights between the beds had no shade, the bathroom tub had a scum line from the lack of cleaning, and the overall fit and finish of the room was horrible; they definitley shouldn't be hiring that contractor for anymore work, especially the drywallers.
Overall, the cleanliness and care just seemed very half assed. Reminded me more of a poor motel instead of a chain hotel.

Easy and quick check in. Service Desk employee was extremely helpful and courteous! Hot tub was clean but the pool could have been warmer. Suite was great too!
