Our favorite place to stay! There is a skywalk taking you directly to Van Andel! The bistro in the hotel serves Starbucks and great food! Lots of attractions within walking distance!
Customer Service is top notch!

Excellent facility.
Two suggestions for improvement/
1) Shelves in bathroom, clean towels were stacked on back of toilet
2) more luggage carts, had to wait 30 minutes for one to become available.

First time in Grand Rapids! We were here for a wedding! It was a nice hotel. The only “issue” that was faced was with the parking garage. The parking garage was confusing on how to attend the basement parking garage since the main garage was full. But once it was figured out it was no issue.
